I’m a certified holistic health & nutrition coach who has helped over 100 women stop binge eating, emotional eating and overeating. 

…and I’m here to tell you I’ve been in your shoes. 

I started my first diet when I was 17, and little did I know how it would change my life for the next 12 years. 

I did over 40 diets and failed every one of them. The harder I tried to lose weight, the more weight I gained, and the more food obsessed I became. 

I would binge daily, vowing to be perfect tomorrow, only to repeat the cycle. I was stuck in the hamster wheel and couldn’t get out. 

Once I learned to cut out the noise, heal my relationship with food & shut out diet culture for good, my life changed. 

I learned how to listen to my body, eat mindfully, I fell in love with exercise again, and lost weight with ease.
